When you fill in a form on Nepal Art Space — an inquiry, RSVP, commission request, auction bid, art advisory request, event submission, or artist profile — we collect only the details you provide. These may include your name, email address, phone number, nationality, location, and the message or content you submit.

We use your details to respond to your request, follow up by email or phone, review submissions, and operate the marketplace and events programme. Requests are reviewed manually by the Nepal Art Space team. We do not sell your personal information.

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Form submissions are delivered to our team through secure notification channels and, for event RSVPs, stored in our database so we can manage attendance. We share your information only with the people who need it to fulfil your request.

We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
