Inquiries, reservations, offers, bids, and support pledges submitted through the marketplace are requests for manual review — they are not binding sales until confirmed by our team. Listed prices and availability may change, and we may decline any request at our discretion.

When you submit content — an event, an artist profile, an image URL, or a message — you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. You grant Nepal Art Space permission to review, publish, and display submitted content in connection with the platform. We may edit or remove submissions.

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, attempt to bypass spam protection, or interfere with the operation of the site.

You agree to provide accurate contact details, including a valid phone number, so we can follow up on your request.

Nepal Art Space is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.
